Swedish Massage - A calming session using firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and create a state of tranquility.
-
Deep Tissue Massage - A focused session on specific areas using connective tissue therapy to induce a deeper healing process for severe muscle tension.
-
Cupping Therapy - While massage is performed by applying positive pressure, cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open and expand the body’s soft tissues. Although cupping can produce markings due to the detoxification process of the muscles, it is never painful. This add-on is an integrative massage to induce a state of relaxation while addressing severe muscle tension. There are many benefits to cupping therapy as it can be used on several areas of the body including facial cupping for a natural facelift or relief of sinus congestion, abdomen cupping for stomach issues or cosmetic cupping to reduce appearance of scar tissue and cellulite. Each session is tailored to clients needs with as little to as much cupping needed for chosen focus area.
-
Lymphatic Drainage Cupping Therapy - Utilizing cupping therapy to address the lymph nodes through a relaxing and gentle application of cups. Beneficial to reduce inflammation, swelling, and promote detoxification through the lymphatic system.
-
Hot Stone Massage- Heated stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, inducing deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
-
Reflexology - Reflexology is a type of massage that involves applying various amounts of pressure to the feet and hands. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems and by applying pressure to these parts offers a range of health benefits to the corresponding body systems.

Connie Dillinger, LMT, PDMT
Specialty: Sports, Medical, Lymphatic and Rehab massage
As a Muscle/Massage Therapist, she helps clients achieve better health. Connie tends to be more of a hands on Coach. She will point out body problems that you may not be aware of and make suggestions during post treatment for self care homework.
Her Protocol :
1) address immediate pain or crisis ex: limited breath due to diaphragm/ chest issues
2) address swelling and blocked circulatory system
3) balance posture closer to a middle point to equalize pressures on spine
4) address impaired ROM with cross fiber, acupressure, trigger pt, ROM movements
5) address any detail oriented areas for scar tissue/damage etc
6) educate the client as to what was done, suggest aftercare/self care point out things they do that may be contributing to their physical problems ex: crossing legs for back lower pain
etc.
Connie does not use creams or oils as they reduce or eliminate the ability for myofascial work. Her clients also may stay comfortably dressed for this reason. This is very beneficial for those with difficulty undressing or for those self conscious about getting disrobed for massage.
