Susan Rushing, MD, JD is the founder and medical director of Holistic Cognitive Consultants and the Retreat & Restore Healing Arts Center. Dr. Rushing is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and the American Board of Preventative Medicine with a sub-specialty in Addiction Medicine. Dr. Rushing is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Rushing earned a Bachelor of Science in Brain and Cognitive Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), M.D. at Yale School of Medicine, and J.D. at Stanford Law School. She completed her internship in Pediatrics at Children's National Medical Center and residency in Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania, where she also trained in Forensic Psychiatry and was a Clinical Research Scholar.
Dr. Rushing is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and California and she has a telehealth license in Florida. Dr. Rushing is a certified provider of trans-cranial
magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy.
Dr. Rushing specializes in the treatment of mood disorders including: treatment refractory depression (TRD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, mood disorders during pregnancy and the post-partum period and in neuromodulation including TMS and ketamine.
We are a Spravato treatment site. Interested patients, will need to provide current psychiatric records and have a TRD consultation with Dr. Rushing to be considered for this treatment. Aneela Khan, MD is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology and in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Khan earned her medical degree from Khyber Medical College in Pakistan and completed her residency in Psychiatry at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. She completed a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Drexel University College of Medicine and a Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine.
Following her extensive training, Dr. Khan joined Drexel University College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry. She served as the Director of the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Psychiatry Service and was an integral member of the faculty that supervised Psychiatry Residents and Child Psychiatry Fellows at Drexel. Dr. Khan has extensive forensic experience through her work as an evaluator at the Juvenile Justice Center in Philadelphia.
Dr. Khan joined Holistic Cognitive Consultants in 2020. She provides comprehensive evaluations and evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents ages 3-18. Dr. Khan is an expert in the evaluation and treatment of childhood disorders such as Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and PTSD.

Dustin R. Todaro, MD, PhD is a general adult psychiatrist with a rich interdisciplinary background in both clinical care and research. Dr. Todaro earned his MD and PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA, and completed his Psychiatry Residency at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine.
Dr. Todaro provides thoughtful, individualized medication management and psychotherapy for adults and specializes in the treatment of a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD/trauma-associated disorders, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and psychotic spectrum disorders. He is experienced in supporting individuals facing challenges in adjusting to life transitions and those managing complex health conditions that require careful, integrative psychiatric care. He strives to create a collaborative and supportive environment, helping patients work toward their mental health goals with a focus on fostering growth, resilience, and achieving emotional wellness.

Christina Babusci is a licensed social worker with a person-centered, collaborative approach. She holds a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College and is currently working towards a PhD in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She specializes in Asian American mental health and psychosis, and she is passionate about working with people from diverse communities and experiences. She works with adolescents and adults to navigate a wide range of challenges and goals.
Kaitlin Joyce is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Florida. She holds a Master of Social Work from Catholic University. She specializes in complex trauma, with a dedicated focus on antagonistic and narcissistic abuse and neglect. Her work is centered on high-achieving adults who appear outwardly successful yet struggle internally with self-criticism, emotional instability, people-pleasing, and the lingering effects of early attachment wounds. Many of her clients suffer from anxiety, mood disorders, PTSD, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and eating disorders.
Kaitlin’s approach is compassionate and collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Relational Therapy. She is trained through EMDRIA as an EMDR therapist and is a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F). She also incorporates IFS and DBT skills into practice. Whether you are navigating the aftermath of relational trauma or seeking to break free from long-standing patterns, Kaitlin works to help you reclaim your voice, regulate your nervous system, and create healthy relationships.
